Our client is an established Print manufacturer that works with a wide range of brands and high street retailers, as well as smaller start-up businesses.

They have an exciting role up for grabs for an enthusiastic individual with a strong Customer Service background. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling new sales enquiries coming into the business via the website, email or good old fashioned telephone and guiding them through the process of designing and producing bespoke products for them.

Print industry knowledge would be advantageous but by no means essential as the most important ingredient is enthusiasm and the desire to learn and develop a career within the printing industry.

With training provided, you will ultimately take customer briefs and guide the client through their requirements, entering details on a CRM system. You will be shown how to estimate, create quotations and assist with orders into production.

Skills and requirments:

• Good written and spoken English
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to think creatively
• Enthusiastic and hardworking
• Good negotiating skills
• Proficient in Excel/working with spreadsheets
• Positive, resilient attitude to working with clients and colleagues
• Excellent Customer Service background
