Our client seeks a couple of experienced Litho Print Finishers to help support the Finishing Department.

These additional recruits will help our client achieve their business targets, supporting the operations involved in print finishing to enable the Finishing Department to meet the planned schedules and customer specifications and expectations. The working hours will be based around a Late Shift and/or Night Shift - 14:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 06:00

Responsibilities:

1. To gain full knowledge of the range of print finishing equipment operated by the department – to specifically be able to set, operate and maintain Polar Guillotines, Stahl Folders, Muller & Heidelberg Stitching Lines and Multi Mailer & Glueing Machines
2. Undertake support tasks as required by the Finishing Manager.
3. To help to achieve team and individual targets as set by the Finishing Manager.
4. Good time keeping and attendance.
5. Maintain a tidy and clean work area ensuring that the work area is kept in a clean and orderly manner.
6. To be willing and able to work overtime at relatively short notice and to cover holidays and sickness as and when required

Background / Experience: A successful proven record and experience of all aspects of Print Finishing gained within a print production or print finishing environment.

2. Able to follow written and verbal instructions, good attention to detail
3. Able to generate innovative and effective solutions to meet the customer requirements
4. Able to cope with multiple projects at one time
